Reminiscent of mole minus the chocolate, it's fermented for 1 to 3 months, and then combined with dates, chestnuts, 10 year old aged balsamic vinegar, tamari and chili and hand pounded in a mortar and pestle, making it a deep, potent and mysterious addition to your dishes. 4oz.
