Add 1/2 teaspoon of The Matcha to your favorite tea cup or bowl. Add 3 ounces of hot (not boiling) filtered water. Whisk well in zig-zag patterns until tea is dissolved and a pretty foam appears on the surface. A bamboo tea whisk works best for this. You can adjust the amount of Matcha or water to your liking. Drink in vibrant health.

I love CAP Matcha - you seriously cannot find a better matcha on the market!
The Matcha delivers—beautiful to look at and so delicious to sip. I whisk mine into hot coconut milk and drink on the way to work for jitter-free energy.
I have been using this matcha since I discovered it several years ago. Smooth umami and blends so easily. I use it a lot in baking too. Amazing quality.
