Good Morning, Coconut

       

We love all things Coconut Butter. Straight from the spoon, or around this time of year, mixed into our favorite smoothie recipes. Let our go-to ingredient infuse your morning with a taste of the tropics (and a dose of healthy fat!) and bring the islands home. If you’re curious, try the recipes. Or take it straight up. Just like we do.

MANGO

1 T THE COCONUT BUTTER

1 CUP FROZEN MANGO

1 CUP COCONUT WATER

1/2 TEASPOON CARDAMOM

GREEN APPLE

1 T THE COCONUT BUTTER

1 CUP SPINACH

1 CUP FROZEN GREEN APPLE

1/2 TEASPOON THE MATCHA

1/2 TEASPOON CINNAMON

1 CUP WATER OR NUT MILK

PINEAPPLE

1 T THE COCONUT BUTTER

1 CUP FROZEN PINEAPPLE

1/2 TEASPOON GINGER

1 CUP SUMMER SQUASH

1 CUP NUT OR SEED MILK

Add all ingredients to blender and blend for a minute. Depending on how thick it is, pour in your favorite glass or bowl, and enjoy.
