We’ve been known to eat them straight from the bag, but recently, we’ve been enjoying them pureed with water. Used as a concentrate you can drink it on its own or add it to homemade Nut Milk. Adding a bit to milk makes for an exquisite shade of pink and adds Vitamin C, Iron and all of the essential Amino Acids. As visually appealing as it is delicious, this is a magical mixture you’ll always want to have on hand.
1 CUP GOJI BERRIES
3 CUPS FILTERED WATER
HOMEMADE NUT MILK (OPTIONAL)
Soak Goji Berries in water overnight. Once Goji Berries are plump, add mixture to vitamix and blend. Enjoy on its own, or added to homemade nut milk.
