    Nerve less tea

I love this tea! It has a pleasant taste and has been helping me unwind during this anxious time. I get a couple cups from each tea bag. I discovered this tea from the week and good YouTube channel where Rachelle Robinett was featuring nervines. Really knowledge and I’m learning so much. Thank you!

    It works

This stuff works truly like a natural benzo (but something you can feel good about consuming). The taste does take a little getting used to. It's very earthy -- the ashwagandha I'm guessing -- but with a nice squeeze of lemon and some raw honey I'm finding I enjoy it.
