I don’t eat mustard, I don’t eat anything spicy, and I don’t eat sandwiches. But I ordered this because it sounded interesting and has health benefits beyond regular condiments. I really think I may be addicted. I cannot go a day without eating this - whether it’s spreading it on crackers or cheese or using it as my sauce in quinoa, eggs and salads. I’m a vegetarian and I put this on everything I eat. Sometimes I even just eat a spoonful. It clears out my sinuses which is a bonus.

This is so good. I have traded out my other basic dijon. I am so happy I tried this because it is really good! I love that it is good for you too! Im a fan of cap beauty and it doesnt matter what you pick out it will be good.
