Frankly, I'm quite new to using adaptogens so I can't really espouse on their benefits yet but I did make the tea by steeping it for about 4 hours and then chilling it. It has a nice flavor all on it's own. I also tried it in my coffee in the am and I liked that less... kinda like drinking the grounds ;)
I'm new to adaptogens and have heard that Sunpotion has great quality products. I use this Chaga in my morning coffee and I love it.
