When I first opened the bottle, there was an accumulation of a tar-like substance on the dropper and on the mouth of the container, so I reached out to customer service to see what's up. Turns out this formula has a tendency to coagulate, so don't be alarmed if yours does the same. (CAP customer service is A+.) Giving my normally sluggish digestive system some time to acclimate but so far, on the plus side, it has improved regularity but in the minus section it makes me a pretty gassy (sorry TMI).
