I mix this with some matcha, mushroom powder, almond or oat milk, and add extra sweetener like honey or monk fruit. Put it all in a shaker with ice. After I drink it, I feel so much better and my mid-afternoon slump goes away (I always get tired around 3/4 pm).

I saw this on a famous makeup artist YouTube blog, and she did a mish-mash of this 4 PM with some raw cacao, a bit of coconut butter and tocos, and a couple other healthy items with hot water. This is my routine afternoon pick me up drink now, it helps me stay alert, in a good mood, but not jittery like coffee. I like it straight up, or with just a few drops of sweetener and a splash of almond milk, or some cinnamon and cardamom for a warm flavor.
