I am using this mat regularly for relaxation and recovery and definitely feeling restorative effects. Having a space to leave the mat out and easily available for regular use has been a game changer to using it consistently. I have less joint pain and improved muscle recovery after strenuous exercise. I'm very satisfied with this purchase and look forward to noticing additional effects with longer term use.

I recently purchased this and it is a game changer. First time I used it I woke up not sore. That hasn't happened in so long. I use it for about 30 minutes about an hour before I go to bed. Sleeping like a baby (I also take Mount Sunny's Calm). Not only does it feel great but it makes me grounded for the time on the mat. I usually don't buy things like this but I am so happy I did.
