First off, one of the dishes broke in transit. It was not packed and packaging did not say "Fragile" anywhere on it, which was unusual. Second dish (black bowl with golden specks) broke off in a strange way. I just picked it up when it was filled with water, as I was trying to wash it, and the edge broke off. I was going to order another set, but I will pass. Quality of materials need to improve.
I contacted the customer service almost two weeks ago immediately upon receipt of broken bowl, but there has been no help offered.
