Reduce common irritants to your sensitive skin.
A good start is to avoid too much heat on your skin. This might include UV rays, saunas and the types of workouts you do. You may also need to minimize fragrance and essential oils in all products, which can sometimes be too much for sensitive skin. If you haven't already, switch to all natural makeup to reduce irritants. The key to healthy skin at all times is making sure it's in balance.
Try healthy skin rituals at home.
