  • Dream dinner party guests: David Bowie, Gandhi, Shakespeare -let me think of someone alive so this can happen. OK, maybe my family, but my whole family at our house in LA
  • Dinner party menu: Everything grown in my garden and something deliciously smoked
  • Most used kitchen gadget: Garlic squisher thing and Vitamix
  • Favorite recipe: I can’t follow recipes.  I don’t know a single one.  I am a pretty good cook though
  • Favorite drink: Coffee with coconut oil, turmeric and a tiny bit of salt and pepper

  • Who or what inspires you? People who are brave to be themselves.  People who allow themselves to be weird.  Artists who laugh and like to joke.  And children, I’ve yet to meet a kid I didn’t like

  • Fashion idol: I don’t have one, I should have one, I don’t
  • Crush: Husband, when he’s showered and well dressed.  Also when he’s dirty.  
  • Favorite charity: The one that comes from your heart when you see someone near you hurting.  The one that enables you to take care of and love your neighbor
  • Favorite place in the world: My tent on our land
  • Favorite movies: Harry Potter Prisoner of Azkaban.  I’m a child
  • Favorite writers: Tolkien, I’m a nerd.  Hemingway, I’m exceedingly romantic.  James Joyce

  • Nightstand reading: I’m re-reading Out of Africa.  The pace is gorgeous
