Sneakers Almost never!
Heels I feel naked in flats. I wear heels in the form of open toe or booties everywhere I go. This new athleisure look is not my style. One of the reasons I love NY so much is that there's a sense of occasion everywhere you go, even the streets have style! I love that people take risks and use fashion to express themselves. I find it incredibly inspiring. We started style awareness here at the office because we wanted the team to remember how important it is to leave the house feeling good in your skin and clothes. It propels you through your day in a different way. My current favorite boots are Tamara Mellon, I have her leopard pointed boots and they're just divine.
Day bag I carry my Sakara tote everywhere I go. It's the best conversation piece and I love when I get to meet clients because they recognize the bag. That's how I've heard some of the most profound, transformative stories.
Jewelry you wear everyday I'm a sucker for vintage. I wear my wedding ring and everything else is from a vintage curator called The Moonstoned. She curates the most beautiful and meaningful pieces.
Workout wear I love workout wear that works but is still sexy. Varley has some beautiful things and I still love the classic Lululemon black pant.
Designers I love designers that know how to make a woman feel feminine but sexy. Ulla Johnson, Cushnie et Ochs, Doen, Anna Sui, Philosophy and Jeremy Scott are my favorites but ultimately, I'm a vintage girl and most of my closet is secondhand.

Workout(s) I love Physique57, Melissa Wood's workouts, Amanda Kloots and SoulCycle. I like workouts that are joyous.
Meditation teacher, venue or app I love Inscape!
Morning rituals Sakara's Beauty Water concentrate first thing in the morning so I remineralize and rehydrate right away. I notice such a difference when I skip this, mostly under my eyes.
Toothpaste Only all natural, no fluoride. I love Vita-Myr! It's the best.
Perfume or Cologne Heretic by Douglass Little is the best smelling line of all natural perfumes you'll ever find. And it's all nontoxic.
Where do you live? In a loft in Chinatown! Our building was built in 1888 and opened as The Grand Theater. It housed many types of acts from theater shows to menageries and circus performances. I just finished decorating and now my home is my most favorite place on the planet (next to Sedona). I worked with my friend and incredible designer, Brad Sherman and we used almost exclusively Shabby Chic furniture. It has a bohemian/jungle feel and I feel so grateful to get to wake up there everyday.
Pets We have a Mini Aussie and she just lights up our world. She oozes joy in a way that's incredibly refreshing and is such a beautiful reminder that there's always enough time in your day for an extra cuddle or toy toss.
Sheets Linen sheets by Shabby Chic! They're divine.
Local restaurant The Fat Radish on Orchard and Kiki's on Division are my two favorites.
Best cup of coffee in your town Hands down the best two cups of coffee in NYC are Ground Support on West Broadway and Coffee Roasters on Orchard.
Favorite piece of furniture My dreamy, cloudlike, all white couch from Shabby Chic.
Furniture store or designer Rachel Ashwell started Shabby Chic years ago. She's the original entrepreneur and started at a time when it wasn't as easy to get started. I look up to her not just as a business woman and friend, but I'm also desperately in love with her designs. They're so airy and romantic.
What’s always in your fridge Sakara! I don't know what to do with myself if Sakara is ever missing from my fridge!
LIGHT MY FIRE
Who or what inspires you I'm inspired by our clients everyday. Sakara attracts the seekers and the doers. The ones looking for true transformation and change and that inspires me everyday to work hard to become my best self. Even when it's the hardest thing to do.
Favorite quote "Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our Light, not our Darkness, that most frightens us."
