Monday, May 1st at 7pm

DAVID AND LUISE FRENKIEL GREEN KITCHEN STORIES BOOK LAUNCH David and Luise first caught our attention with their blog of artfully photographed recipes and a peek into their beautiful family life. Flash forward to 2017 and we couldn’t be more excited to launch their latest cookbook. A collection of adaptable, simple and comforting dishes, this kitchen tome is sure to find a permanent residence on your shelf. Join and revel in the excitement as the Swedish duo comes to CAP to sample recipes and share their culinary philosophy. Good food, good people, good night.

Wednesday, May 10th AT 7PM MICHELLE GAGNON ESSENTIAL OILS Embrace the essential. As a connoisseur of essential oils Michelle Gagnon is a wealth of knowledge. We‘ll be hosting a deep dive into the potent plant world to discover the roots of essential oils, their science and how these earthy powerhouses play a major role in caring for skin.

Wednesday, May 17th AT 7PM Dr. REBECCA ROBBINS SLEEP 101 No one knows sleep better than sleep specialist, Dr. Rebecca Robbins, Ph.D. With an unparalleled understanding of sleep and its vital role, the Postdoctoral Fellow at NYU is on a mission to help the world sleep just a little bit better. In our discussion with Julie Clark, founder of Province Apothecary, we’ll cover her essential massage techniques as she walks us through her line of next-level Canadian beauty.
