10PM Sweet Slumber

Sleep tight. The O’Clocks, our collection of adaptogenic blends, supports you through the peaks and valleys of your day. And your night. Our evening tonic, The 10PM, invites you to your soundest slumber. Let nighttime be the right time.

Spirit Poria calms the mind and centers the heart. Jujube is known to relieve insomnia, aid digestion and detoxify the blood. Albizzia Flower brings contentment and further supports your deepest sleep. Chinese Skullcap quells anxiety and supports the immune system letting sleep be your time to heal. Polygonum Stem and Pearl put the beauty in your sleep and Luo Han Guo, also known as Monk Fruit, sweetens the deal. They all come together in The 10PM, our ode to your soundest sleep.

The radical plant-based chef, Greg Arnold, got his hands on a jar and created a tonic to aid digestion and encourage relaxation. Superior shuteye, indeed. Drink it in.

The 10PM Soothing Digestive Elixir

1 teaspoon The 10pm

1 tablespoon CAP Beauty Coconut Butter

1⁄2 teaspoon Sun Potion Triphala

1 teaspoon (or to taste) Darkhorse Organic Rose Gold Honey

8 ounces hot spring water

Heat the water in an electric glass kettle until tiny bubbles start to appear but not to a boil. Put all of the dry ingredients into the bottom of a teacup and pour the water over, then drizzle in the honey. Mix everything together with a handheld frother or a matcha brush and you will get a nice rich bubbly head on the top. You can also put all ingredients into a high speed blender to mix.

A word from Greg: "Aside from being a delicious elixir this blend is rich with antioxidants, prebiotics from the honey and a gentle cleansing effect from the 3 fruits in the ayurvedic triphala. At the end of a long day heading into sleep, relaxation and healthy digestion are the two most important things. I have also made this elixir with about a half teaspoon of kratom for a little extra slightly psychedelic slumber! Enjoy!"
