Shop Policies

ON-LINE RETURNS At CAP Beauty we stand behind the products we sell and hope that you are more than satisfied with your natural beauty selections. But if for some reason a product doesn’t live up to its expectations, we will accept returns for a full refund (less shipping costs) within 21 days of delivery. Returns must be sent by a trackable shipping method. Please write us with your return requests at returns@capbeauty.com

IN-STORE RETURNS With the exception of gifts, all in-store returns must be made by the original purchaser. For gifts, we can offer store credit. If you're unable to make a return in person, call or email us to make arrangements.

SHIPPING We want to get your natural goodies to you as quickly as possible. We do our best to ship all orders within 1 business day. Orders placed after Noon EST on Fridays and over the weekend will ship the following Monday. Federal and Bank Holidays may affect shipping times. Please get in touch at heybeautiful@capbeauty.com with questions. 

We offer free ground shipping in the domestic US on orders over $100.00. 

We also offer expedited shipping options which can be selected at check-out for an additional charge. For Overnight shipping, please place orders by 11am EST to ship that day. Our flat rates are:

Ground Mail (on orders over $100) FREE

Ground Mail (on orders under $100) $10.00

Next Day Delivery by USPS $60.00

We also offer same day weekday delivery in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens which can also be selected at check-out. Additional fees apply. Orders must be placed before 2pm EST for same day delivery. Please note that we will attempt delivery one time. If the courier is not able to deliver the package, than additional delivery fees will apply.

Weekday Same Day Delivery in Brooklyn and Queens $50.00

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS The inventory on our site should be up-to-date, but sometimes due to high demand, mistakes happen and an item may be out of stock or unavailable. In this case we will contact you by e-mail to see if you’d like us to ship the order incomplete. Or we’d be happy to help you find a replacement product.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged or defective, please accept our apologies and contact us immediately at returns@capbeauty.com . We will gladly resolve this for you.
